Shifting to the AI-Native Telecom Era
Explore how eTOM, ODA, and OptOSS AI empower Telecoms to navigate the AI-native era with agility, automation, and enhanced operational efficiency.
We are excited to announce the latest minor release of OptOSS AI. This last release of the year is packed with user experience improvements, new essential features, and fixes. We are proud to announce the addition of our revolutionary Generative AI module, available for orders now.
This is one of the industry first implementations of Telecom Production ready Gen AI LLM for any telecom networking domain. This unique and powerful solution component enables on-the-fly explanation of anomaly clusters and individual events with GenAI which is powered by any LLM engine of your choosing. This module may be used along with the customised and fine-tuned LLM engine from OPT/NET as well as any other LLM engine currently available in the industry (ChatGPT, Mistral, etc). This revolutionary element of the product explains what happens in the managed network, and proposes remediation actions depending on the context of the events.
The new improved History view empowers users to intuitively manage the level of detail displayed on the events chart. Users can easily focus on detailed insights or zoom out for a broader overview. Events and sensor controls are logically grouped to provide an intuitive and ergonomic user experience.
This new view allows users to get intelligent and exhaustive explanations on the likely common root cause of the anomalies in the cluster or individual events via Gen AI LLM component or work offline as was with the previously delivered AI Advisor module.
NOTE: from 8.3 release this feature requires a separate feature license and depends on either online LLM module integration or an active professional services subscription for the offline AI model data. Please, make sure to renew or order the Gen AI LLM by contacting sales@opt-net.eu or your account team.
The 3D Network visualisation now has the ability to group devices (by Type, Vendor, Status, Site POP ID, etc.) and display them hierarchically on the 3D network map as a graph.
